Jen Aldrich has a passion for bringing people together and seeing the power of what unity can do. Briefly a public school music teacher in small town Nebraska, in 1998 she moved to Chicago and her primary service has been in a church ever since, enjoying side gigs with art, music, and travel to Africa and Ireland.
Jen has seen and enjoyed many styles of prayer and believes greatly in the power of blessing, especially when done in a spirit of unity. To gather people of different faiths and beliefs is a new area for her, but one she is excited to explore. She believes there is good in all and it is up to the rest of us to see it and make room. Every person’s voice has something unique that the world needs to hear.
Jen also holds value for the power of sound and vibration through music, movement and the words we use. “The things we release into the atmosphere around us affects not only the people around us, but the land and air as well. We can cooperate with nature to create positive spaces in which all can thrive and blossom. In our unity we can make the world a better place.”
